Medical Observer Practice Nurse CPD Program

This Medical Observer Practice Nurse CPD program is provided by UBM Medica Australia Pty Ltd (publishers of Medical Observer and Medical Observer Practice Nurse).

The program is endorsed by the Australian Practice Nurse Association (APNA) who review and allocate CPD points to each activity.

To successfully complete each activity participants are required to firstly read the associated Medical Observer Practice Nurse Update article, either in print in Medical Observer Practice Nurse or the online version, and then download and complete the online questions provided in PDF format.

An answer sheet will be posted online four weeks after the Clinical Review article and CPD questions are posted online.

According to current APNA CPD program requirements, nurses need to keep a copy of the article, the completed CPD questions and the answers in their professional folder as evidence for auditing by APNA or the relevant state nursing and midwifery regulatory authority.

The printed version of the Update provides an enduring copy to which participants can refer at a later date, for example for future assistance when managing a patient with that particular condition.
