NEW incentive payments offering up to $2500 per year for GP services to residential aged-care facilities are doomed to failure, experts warn. The federal government has partially unveiled its new Aged Care Access Initiative, which will constitute tiered Practice Incentive Program payments, depending on a GP’s level of service.
