Naturopath banned for inappropriate touching

A NSW naturopath who touched a patient’s breasts and asked inappropriate questions about her sexual activity has been prohibited from providing health services for three years. The patient complained to the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission, which investigated the incident and found that naturopath Robert Jarvis had breached the Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Practitioners.
