MANY clinics give children an edible reward for putting up with the pain of vaccination. Dr Adrian Feiglin of Melbourne used to give out chocolate frogs, but found he was forever cleaning sticky brown marks off the furniture and sometimes even his own clothing. He now buys white chocolate frogs in bulk and finds the stains are far less visible.
