A MELBOURNE psychologist and her osteopath husband have been sentenced to 100 hours community work, after billing government authorities for more than $80,000 in work they claimed to have completed while on holidays. Sandra Yung Nguyen and Giuliano De Antonis claimed to have seen more than 700 patients but immigration and flight records showed they could not have been at their practice in the Melbourne suburb of Seddon.
