A pharmacist who swapped a patient’s narcolepsy medication for vitamin D without her knowledge and then told her treating doctor it was an “experiment” has been banned for a year.
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal heard the patient’s medical clinic had sent prescriptions to Mina Tawadros so he could prepare her seven-day Webster packs.
